Don’t Take Covid Lying Down – How to Manage and Recover from Covid-19

Glad you are here. I’ll try to keep this brief!

I suffered through Covid-19 in early July for 3 weeks. Symptoms came and went. The worst was the pressure in my chest. My best counter-attack? Fighting back by keeping my lungs active.

IMPORTANT: Covid is not like a regular flu where you can just lie around until you feel better. You need to take an active role so Covid does not consume your lungs. Breathing exercises will also help you recover in the months after your infection.
